Within these terms and conditions, "SooScore" shall denote SSPORT TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., and "User" shall refer to you, the user of SooScore's online platform (the "Platform").
These terms and conditions ("Terms") establish the reciprocal rights and obligations between SooScore and the User during the utilization of the Platform.
The Platform facilitates access to live sports results and comprehensive sports statistics encompassing over 10 different sports, accessible via the website (www.SooScore.com) and mobile applications (iOS and Android). The results and statistical data presented on the Platform are derived from a multitude of independent sources, including third-party providers, internal research initiatives, and official applications. While SooScore endeavors to maintain up-to-date and accurate content on the Platform, it cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Users are advised to verify information obtained from the Platform with original and alternative sources. Reliance on the Platform's results and information is at the User's sole discretion. Content on the Platform may exhibit variations based on regional, linguistic, or other contextual factors, incorporating both SooScore's proprietary material and third-party contributions.
SooScore endeavors to provide the Platform and its content with diligence and competence, adhering to the provisions of these Terms. However, the User's decision to utilize the Platform, its features, software, and information is undertaken solely at their own risk and for personal use exclusively. The Platform is explicitly not intended for any commercial endeavors.
SooScore mandates registration for access to specific sections or features of the Platform. Registration may be contingent upon meeting specified age requirements. Failure to register may restrict the User's access to certain content and may diminish the functionality of the Platform. Furthermore, access to particular features or content may require the payment of a fee.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services posted by advertisers, our affiliates, our partners, or other users (collectively, "Third-Party Content"). Third-Party Content is not under our control, and we are not responsible for any third party's websites, products, or services. Your use of Third-Party Content is at your own risk, and you should conduct any investigation you deem necessary before engaging in any transaction related to such Third-Party Content. Furthermore.
The Services may feature sponsored Third-Party Content or advertisements. You acknowledge and agree that the type, degree, and targeting of advertisements are subject to change, and that we may place advertisements in connection with the display of any Content or information on the Services, including Your Content.
In using or accessing the Services, you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Please review the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into, and forms an integral part of, these Terms, and outlines SooScore's rules regarding prohibited content and conduct. In addition to the prohibitions outlined in the Privacy Policy, you are prohibited from the following:
Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disable, disrupt, overburden, or otherwise impair the proper functioning of the Services;
Access or attempt to access another user's Account or any non-public portions of the Services, including any computer systems or networks related to the Services;
Upload, transmit, or distribute through the Services any viruses, worms, malicious code, or other software designed to interfere with the Services, including its security-related features;
Use the Services to engage in any activity that violates applicable law or infringe any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity;
Access, search, or collect data from the Services by any means, whether automated or otherwise, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or in a separate agreement with SooScore (we conditionally grant permission to crawl the Services in accordance with the parameters specified in our robots.txt file; however, scraping the Services without SooScore's prior written consent is strictly prohibited);
Use the Services in a manner that, in our reasonable judgment, constitutes abuse or fraud against SooScore or any payment system.
We encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe violates these Terms or our Content Policy.
SooScore reserves the right to remove or take down any content uploaded by the User (or any other party) if SooScore reasonably believes that the content either (1) breaches these Terms or (2) may cause harm to SooScore, its users, or third parties. Should action be taken, SooScore may notify the User of the reason for the removal, except when SooScore reasonably believes that providing such notice would (a) violate the law or a directive from a law enforcement authority, or otherwise expose SooScore to legal liability; (b) compromise an investigation, or the integrity or operation of the Platform; or (c) cause harm to any user, third party, or SooScore.
Users are advised to comply with the relevant laws of the country in which they are currently residing, whether temporarily or permanently, or of which they are citizens.
Texts, photographs, graphic designs, and other components on the Platform are individually and collectively protected by copyright (hereinafter, "Copyright Content"). Fair use of these materials, especially third-party content, is limited to the extent and manner permitted by applicable law, unless expressly agreed upon in writing by SooScore or the copyright holders. Without SooScore's explicit consent, the reproduction (copying) of Copyright Content for direct or indirect commercial gain, and its distribution, rental, display, or public communication (including online communication), are prohibited.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, SooScore's graphics, statistics, statistical analyses, and similar content may be shared by the User when such functionality is enabled and provided through the Platform itself. Furthermore, content from the Platform may be shared via social media or other communication channels, provided that it complies with these Terms, aligns with the Platform's purpose, and does not harm SooScore's name and reputation
Violations of copyright, trademark rights, or the unique rights of database providers can result in civil, administrative, or criminal liabilities.
The materials within the Platform's database ("Database Content") are protected by the sui generis database right. Without a prior written agreement with SooScore, the Database Content may only be legally utilized as permitted by applicable law. Specifically, the extraction (copying) or reutilization (making publicly available) of the Database Content, or a substantial portion thereof, is prohibited without SooScore's explicit consent.
Users must not disrupt SooScore's operations, compromise internet security, or interfere with other users. It is strictly prohibited to burden SooScore's servers with automated requests, or to assist others in such activities. The modification, disassembly, or reverse engineering of the website is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by law. The use of website content through embedding, aggregation, scraping, or reproduction without explicit consent from SooScore is prohibited, except as authorized by law.
Users agree to the display of advertisements, including third-party advertising, on the Platform.
Users acknowledge and assume all inherent risks associated with their use of the Platform. The Platform is not intended for gaming or gambling purposes. SooScore does not provide gaming services, manage financial transactions, or facilitate gambling transactions. Betting odds are provided solely for informational purposes. Information on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement of gaming or betting, nor does it provide legal or tax advice.
According to the service agreement, User will have access to the Platform's services, including registered content and features. Some features or content may require payment, meeting age requirements, a stable internet connection, or using a supported device operating system version.
The Terms form an integral part of the service agreement. The service agreement is concluded in the English language.
Access to the user profile is protected by email verification and a token provided by SooScore's third-party registration providers (Google/Apple). By agreeing to these terms, Users also consent to the use of their login credentials for accessing other websites operated by SooScore or its affiliated entities. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information required to access their user profiles and acknowledge that SooScore is not liable for any breaches of this obligation by Users.
SooScore reserves the right to restrict Users' access to their user profiles, particularly in the event of any breach of Users' obligations under these Terms.
SooScore reserves the right to periodically update and modify its Platform to align with changes to its services, the evolving needs of its users, and its business priorities.
SooScore may be unable to provide the service if it is hindered by difficulties on User's end or the end of any other party involved. Specifically, SooScore will not provide the service in the event of power outages, data network disruptions, or other failures caused by third parties or force majeure.
Service interruptions, temporary limitations, or degradation may occur during service delivery. SooScore does not guarantee backup of User data stored within the service, and such data may be subject to corruption or degradation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SooScore disclaims liability for: (i) malfunctions of its Platform's computer programs; (ii) data loss due to bugs or viruses; (iii) damage to Users' computer equipment, mobile devices, or software; (iv) errors in inputs, data, or results; and (v) unauthorized use of the Platform. SooScore reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to suspend, modify, remove, or add to the Platform, and to suspend Users' access. SooScore shall not be liable for any such actions.
Users agree to promptly notify SooScore upon discovering any inaccuracies related to their accounts on the Platform or any displayed information, including but not limited to miscalculations, misrepresentations, incorrect charges, fees, rake, bonuses, payouts, or currency conversions.
SooScore (including its officers, directors, agents, and employees) and its affiliates shall not be liable to Users, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Such damages include, but are not limited to, loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, reputation, or business interruption, and any losses not reasonably foreseeable by SooScore, arising from the service agreement or Users' use of the Platform.
The information presented on the Platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and Users agree to indemnify SooScore against any liability arising from the Platform and its information. Regardless of the stipulations in clause 5.4, SooScore's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Users have the right to customize the service's content according to their preferences, but solely within the parameters provided by the service.
In compliance with data protection, information security, and fraud prevention requirements, User is strictly prohibited from posting any information or contacting SooScore's users to offer or promote any offers, products, or services on the Platform.
SooScore has a zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate and fraudulent behavior on the Platform. If SooScore determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in any attempt to defraud SooScore or any other user on the Platform, especially a violation of Article 8.2 of these Terms, SooScore reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account, or restrict the User's access to the Platform, for a specified or indefinite period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SooScore shall not be liable for any such actions.
These Terms shall be read and construed alongside SooScore's Privacy Policy.
The service agreement shall become effective upon execution. The service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time.
Users can terminate this agreement at any time by effectively deleting their profiles. Users may also terminate the service agreement by requesting SooScore to delete User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy to the corresponding email address: support@SooScore.com.
If User violates any obligations in the service agreement or legal regulations, SooScore reserves the right to terminate the agreement. Unless stated otherwise, termination results in immediate cessation of the agreement. If User has any questions regarding termination, User may contact SooScore via email at: support@SooScore.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles; all disputes related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Singapore, and you and SooScore consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms periodically. All changes to these Terms will be posted on this page and become effective upon publication. We recommend that you regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any updates.
You acknowledge and agree that continued use of the Platform after the date of any Terms update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Modifications may also be implemented with Users' explicit consent, incorporating the new version into the agreement as of the effective date. Users may provide explicit consent through a dialog box on the Platform or other appropriate means.
The service agreement, including the Terms, are archived by SooScore in electronic form and are not publicly accessible.
